My Dating Mentor provides AI-assisted dating and relationship guidance. The app allows users to submit relationship situations, messages, and follow-up questions and receive generated advice.
My Dating Mentor is not a licensed therapy service, mental health provider, medical provider, legal advisor, crisis service, or substitute for professional help.
The app provides general informational and educational relationship guidance only. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, communications, and relationship choices.
My Dating Mentor is not designed for emergencies, abuse situations, self-harm, threats, violence, stalking, or crisis intervention. If you are in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.
Responses are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or not suitable for your specific situation.
You should use your own judgment before acting on any response. My Dating Mentor does not guarantee relationship outcomes, reconciliation, attraction, communication success, or any specific result.
You agree that you will not use My Dating Mentor to:
You are responsible for the messages, situations, prompts, and other content you submit. You should only submit content that you have the right to submit.
By submitting content, you authorize My Dating Mentor and its service providers to process that content to provide app functionality, generate responses, save conversations when requested, operate the service, and improve reliability and safety.
You may need an account to save conversations, access paid plans, or use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the app, create security risks, or abuse free or paid access.
My Dating Mentor may allow users to save conversations. Saved conversations are provided for convenience. You are responsible for deleting saved chats you no longer want stored.
My Dating Mentor may offer one-time purchase message plans. Paid plans provide a set number of messages for a stated access period. Message balances and access periods may expire according to the plan shown at checkout or in the app.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchases are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
If you make a new purchase while you already have an active paid plan, your current message balance may be replaced by the new plan’s message balance, and your access period may restart from the date of the new purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number. Payment processing is subject to the payment processor’s own terms, policies, and security practices.
Because My Dating Mentor provides digital access and message credits, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or message usage has been provided, unless required by law or approved by us at our discretion.

My Dating Mentor may provide limited free messages. We may limit, pause, reduce, or modify free usage at any time, including during high demand, abuse prevention, technical issues, or cost-control periods. Paid accounts may receive different access than free users.
We do not guarantee that advice from My Dating Mentor will improve your relationship, get someone back, create attraction, fix a conflict, prevent a breakup, or produce any particular outcome.
My Dating Mentor, including its branding, design, code, prompts, structure, and app experience, is owned by My Dating Mentor or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit the app without permission.
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk, engage in fraud, abuse free usage, or interfere with the service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Dating Mentor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, relationship-related, financial, or reputational damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated responses.
My Dating Mentor is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
